I had the most wonderful experience at the Wedding Shoppe with Amy B! Amy was so friendly and really took the time to listen and learn the style of dress I was looking for! I found the dress I was looking for on the 7th try! I will tell all of my girlfriends to go here for their wedding dresses! So. Much. Fun.
NEVER EVER purchase a dress from this company. I just got charged a 3rd time for a dress I ordered. When I got charged a 2nd time all they had to say was "oops we made a mistake." REALLY?! I let it go because they refunded the 2nd charge back to me....well now I just got charged a 3rd time and they better refund this money and the money I paid the first time for the dress. I will be calling them first thing in the morning. I am not happy.

Terrible customer service. We ordered dresses for my sister's wedding and a month after the dress orders were placed they told us the carrier didn't provide the colors we wanted anymore. They were not accommodating at all and most of the staff we worked with had an attitude throughout the process. Take stress out of the wedding process and go somewhere else!
Sjerstin was the best to work with! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She listened to exactly what I wanted, was so friendly, and found me a dress that was perfect!!
Worst place ever to shop for your wedding. I highly recommend looking somewhere else. They were consistently rude, not listening to what we want for dress sizes (They ordered mine at least 2 sizes too big) messed up my dye job on my shoes.. twice.. and never even tried making up for it after I continued to call and call. I think the need an entirely new staff for this company or it is going to fail..
My husband and I visited the Wedding Shoppe on April 23; we were looking for a suit my husband could wear in his brother's wedding. The staff were very helpful with colors, sizes and the fit. They made it simple and fun to find the right suit. We ordered a dark charcoal grey suit that day, knowing we would receive it sometime in the next three months. We were there three times this weekend and the workers were amazing!!!The third time was a charm got bridesmaids dresses and brides dress ordered without being pressured and they work with u what u could afford.Hats off to The Wedding Shoppe!!!
