So disappointed.... Came to pick up my daughters dress and it looks like shit!!! $550 and they don't fix the lace? Oh and there already a week late for pick up and when she called, they put her on hold for 15 minutes then she was told they'd call her back in an hour... It never happened. She called back the next day and they finally found it.
Do not buy from this company I bought a very expensive dress ordered a size 4 according to the size chart on website. Received the dress and it is a whole size to small. It was the measurement of a size 2. They will take the dress back but they want to keep 50%. Don't buy and fall for there 100% warranty guarantee.
I have to say again, that my respect factor for The Wedding Shoppe went up 10 fold. They used models with all body shapes at The Wedding Fair. Way to go for Team Woman!
My bridal party did purchase their dresses here however the customer service was terrible. The person helping us wasn't helpful at all. She barely asked any questions and didn't give us any direction.

The wedding shoppe was my first and only location for dress shopping! I was blown away! Courtni was our consultant and she was FANTASTIC!!! I loved every minute, and it was amazing to have someone so nice and helpful with us the whole time!! Such a great experience!! Thank you so much Courtni for helping me find my perfect princess gown!! ❤️
I had Gretchen helping me today and she was amazing I showed her some dresses from a previous stop and the first dress I tried on I fell in LOVE with the dress, I still tried on a couple others to make sure I didn't like anything more , and said yes to my dress
