Everyone is very helpful. Even when the sales associate I worked with to order my gown told me it would be in my size but it came in women's size they manager offered to alter dress to size 14 for me at no charge. I appreciate it because I love everything about the gown I bought & will probably alter the train off & make into my cocktail/anniversary dress next year
I had the best experience trying on bridal gowns at The Wedding Shoppe. My consultant, Mackenna, was so friendly, nice, and helpful! She helped me narrow it down to the certain style I wanted. I left undecided but called the Wedding Shoppe later in the day (after another appt. at a different place that did not go well) and asked if I could come back to compare 2 different gowns because I wanted to make a decision that day. The fabric the dresses are made of feel like sandpaper and the dresses are not correctly sized. Will never use them again and would recommend that no else did either.
Krishi was an amazing consultant!! She was fun and made the entire appointment feel festive. She wasn't pushy or trying to push me into any dress. She wanted it to be perfect for me too. Amazing! I had Kate this afternoon and she listened to exactly what I wanted and ended up finding me my perfect dress!! Wonderful selection of dresses and a friendly, no pressure environment. Will definitely be back for wedding party dresses! ❤️
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with Jessica. She knew what to look for and picked perfect dresses for her. We are still in the hunt, but the dress she picked is still the best. Awesome service and made my day with my daughter very special.
