Molly helped me feel comfortable immediately. She pulled a great variety of dresses for me because I really didn't know what I wanted. I found a gorgeous dress that I'm so excited to wear on my big day! The shop is clean and beautiful, such a great experience!
Went here yesterday with my wedding party (4 bridesmaids) myself my mom and grandma. We had two appointments- the bridesmaid appointment was at 1 and my wedding dress appointment was at 3. We had a wonderful time looking at wedding dresses, although I forget the girl who helped me (short and blonde, very sweet) she totally nailed the look I was going for! For being the "best" wedding shop in the twin cities I found my in store experience to be rushed and unprofessional. What matters is the bride was happy with the style chosen, however the dresses we bought and paid for were entered incorrectly. Leading to the delay of our order and resulted in all of the bridesmaids having to pay the difference. In my professional experience in the wedding industry, this is unheard of. I didn't actually go to this shop, but I ordered online. I was so nervous to order my bridesmaid dresses online, but they were $70 cheaper from this location than anywhere else I looked. The dresses came in perfect, I recommend their website to anyone I know getting married.
This is the experience you dream about when you're buying a wedding dress. We had an appointment and didn't wait long once we checked in. I had a private room big enough to accommodate my 8 family members. My stylist Kaylee was knowledgeable, fast and above all kind.
