Rooms were very small and stuffy.We didnt say yes to the dress there but thanks.She had fun trying them on.
They were unprepared for my appointment and started more than 20 minutes late, didn't bother to read any details I had already provided when booking my appointment, my stylist lacked interest in providing quality customer service and her overall attitude was indifferent, too quick to talk about money matters and not about my vision as a bride, they pulled samples too small for me because they didn't bother asking what size I was or take any measurements. We loved our experience here. We told our assistant what we were looking for in a Maid of Honor Dress and she pulled the perfect dress out immediately. We were very happy esp. after very negative experiences at a larger chain store for Brides.
I shopped today and the experience was amazing. I had gotten to my appointment and was taken quickly to a spacious room for the shopping. As a consultant, Eliza was tremendous. She made sure I was comfortable and found things that were in the budget but still beautiful gowns. She was personable and kind during the experience. Finally when I chose the dress and the fitting started, the woman who was doing the measuring was funny, quick, and easy to talk to. I felt like I was among friends.
