Breanne was my consultant and she was amazing. She stayed within my budget, was perky and bubbly the whole time and made sure she knew what I was looking for, what I liked, didn't like etc. The dress I ended up choosing was a strapless A-Line Ball Gown she found. I just visited today and found the dress of my dreams! Such a great selection with consultants that are beyond helpful and sweet! I will be suggesting this place to any newly engaged girl I meet �
We had a terrible experience and terrible customer service. Our consultant never came to get us for our appointment and blamed us for not being ready for our appointment even though we had been sitting waiting for her for over 20 minutes past our appointment time. When we found her she was rude and unhelpful. We asked for her opinion and to see a few dresses and after she brought three dresses she never came back, even after we directly asked her for help!
