I went a few weeks ago and had a great experience. I think what made this experience better than other appointments was the private room. I felt more comfortable having only those I wanted there in the room with me. I also liked that the consultant, Eliza, pulled the dresses instead of looking for myself. They all start to look alike and she pulled an amazing and unique selection. She also stayed within my budget and wasn't like other places who were at the max or slightly over. I had ordered two bridal dresses from other stores and had horrible experiences, when I came to The Wedding Shoppe and told them about the previous experience they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. They were patient, willing, and always had dresses for me to try. They wanted to make me happy and it showed. I recommend them to everyone. �

Very disappointed in the customer service and quality of dress. Got a bridesmaids dress from here. They told me to order a dress 2 sizes too big and when I got the dress, multiple jewels were missing from it (I paid close to $190 for the dress). They would not help to get dress altered because I can't bring it there as it's over an hour one way. Wore the dress for the wedding and it is completely ruined: the bottom hem was not quality. I had a great experience at the Wedding Shoppe and I loved my consultant Carolyn! I found the dress of my dreams and Carolyn was honest and didn't sugar coat anything which I appreciated but she also made the appointment fun and took the time to get to know me and my group. I can't wait to see my dress again in five months! Thank you Carolyn for a great time and helping me find the perfect dress.
