Great customer service! Willow was amazing! She worked with me to find my dress in December and did a great job listening to my likes and dislikes to help me find THE dress. My dress came almost 2 months before the expected delivery time. Unfortunately there was a small defect but the Wedding Shoppe quickly took care of it and ordered me a new dress. I said yes to my dress and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Willow was so amazing to work with and I look forward to working with her again when I pick up my dress! We went to a second appointment at another shop and had a terrible experience and quickly returned to the Wedding Shoppe to purchase the dress I feel in love with! All the ladies there are so nice and fun! It really made my day special! :)
I had Michelle as a consultant and she was AMAZING!!! I had a large group come with me to make the big decision and she worked wonderfully with all of them! Also, I greatly appreciated the individualized atmosphere that The Wedding Shoppe provided me and my group. We had our own room, with our own changing area, and a curtain for a reveal with each dress - which made me feel so special! I would definitely recommend the wedding shoppe. First place I went to look at wedding dresses and the last. Michele was helping me and she was extremely nice and very helpful. I had such a great time with her. She knew exactly what I wanted when showing pictures and describing dresses I have looked at previously online. I had such a great experience I am taking my bridesmaids there and the groomsmen next. Thank you!!
Our experience was beyond expectations! From the time we stepped in the shoppe until we left 2 1/2 hours later we had the best e,perience! Can wait for our next appointment next week to pick out assessories!
