I was absolutely taken care of by Willow! She exceeded my expectations as a stylist. She listened intently to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I needed for my wedding dress! I said YES to the dress. All my family was smitten by the way she handled our appointment. She even allotted us past our 1.5 hr apt because of my decision making. Thank you SO much Willow! I was a bit anxious to start dress shopping and went to the Wedding Shoppe not knowing what to expect. My consultant was Courtni and I don't think I could have had a better experience. My experience here was phenomenal, maddy assisted me in and out of dresses wonderfully!! Not only did I find the dress I was hoping for I had a fabulous time! They do a fabulous job there and even send you thank you notes in the mail that are specific to your time there. Thank you so much wedding shoppe!!
Extremely poor service. Sales Representative was unprofessional in both attitude and attire. My daughter drove in from Milwaukee for a fitting. The employee didn't offer to help her with the gown and no alterations were available that day. The dress came with a sash which was a surprise to us. They sold us a sash for over $200 and told us they never know if a dress comes with a sash or not. How is that possible? We returned the sash and went elsewhere for alterations. Emily was FABULOUS. She listened to what I was looking for and was so considerate of my budget. She asked before pulling a dress that was over my budget, which I really really appreciated. The dress was not at all what I was expecting, but I fell in love with it and wound up buying it today!
