I had an awesome experience with Dani A this morning. She was very personable and listened to exactly what I wanted. She went above and beyond to pull the perfect assortment for me to try on. She also made the whole dressing room experience very comfortable. Instead of saying every dress looked good, she gave her honest opinion and asked the right questions to bring out "the one". The Wedding Shoppe was the second store I went to and I am so pleased I found my dress! My consultant, Abby, was amazing! She was so patient with me and was so supportive of helping me find the perfect dress! I would recommend anyone to her! I absolutely love my dress and cannot wait to wear it at my wedding next July!
I had the absolute best experience at The Wedding Shoppe! My consultant truly made me feel special, gave me individualized attention, and helped me find my dream dress! It was the first and only place I needed to go to. My family and friends with me also had a great experience. I highly recommend!
Finding the dress was painless and easy. Once the dress was in, the customer service was terrible. My dress was imperfect and I was to blame. Then when a manager got involved the story was fabricated by an employee. Finally, after my third trip there, I picked it up. Never once was I offered an apology or compensation for their error. Wish I would have read some of these before going there.
I came in on Saturday, July 11 to try on bridal gowns as a walk in(no appt). I was helped within just a few minutes. The consultant that helped me was amazing! Every dress she pulled fit the description I gave her of what I was looking for, and I ended up finding the perfect dress! I would highly recommend The Wedding Shoppe...even indecisive people like me come out of there happy & with a dress!
Best place to find a perfect dress! Great help and customer service. I found a dress I loved but had only one thing missing, so Lois is going to help me custom design the top!! GREAT PLACE :)
Absolutely amazing experience! So personable and friendly, would definitely recommend it to all future brides!
