Went in to the shop today with my daughter, and it was beyond crowded! We worked with Amy and she complained about not taking a lunch to accommodate our scheduled appointment. Very rude and unprofessional! My daughter tried on a few dresses and the frustration with Amy was apparent especially when she just tossed gowns on the floor! My daughter is in a wedding right now and got her dress from there along with about 8 other dresses she has gotten from there and EVERY single time there has been a problem. Her zipper is broke, missing teeth! Nice! They do nothing about it so buyer BEWARE!
Found my perfect dress last night after 2 sessions of trying stuff on. I worked with Abby both times and she was phenomenal. I knew I wanted to get my dress there just because of Abby! She remembered personal details about me from our first session which made me feel like I wasn't the 100th bride she had helped that day. She worked hard for me also, pulling dresses having chats with the managers to work things into my price range. I will recommend your beautiful shop and Abby to anyone who will listen. Thank you!

I could not have picked a better wedding store to adhere to my needs and send me exactly what I wanted. Just over one year ago I married my best friend. Think twice. Great dresses and horrible service. I have left 3 voice mails regarding a dress I previous bought and wanted to follow up on the issues and I have not received a phone call back. I feel as if they don't take ownership for there mistakes. The wedding planers I work with have told me that they don't recommend this shop to any of there brides. It is too bad. I know this review will be deleted immediately however maybe they will take a look at their service issues.
I want to say a BIG thank you to Kaitlin for helping me find my dress. She made me feel so special and really listened to what I wanted! It was my first time trying on dresses but the feel of the Wedding Shoppe is really cozy and everyone was super nice. Also, prices were under my budget which made me feel good!
