Beautiful dresses, great customer service! I was told I had to go to this place and everyone was right - such a fun experience for me and my girls to shop here and they have it all. Bridal/ accessories, tuxes and bridesmaids all in one place, so convenient.

I am getting married this summer and don't have a huge budget for an expensive dress but still wanted something unique and beautiful. My consultant was fantastic and found so many dresses that I loved! My entire experience here was great!
Horrible customer service, over crowded, staff have attitude of superiority. Building is crowded and outdated, terrible lighting for trying on expensive gowns. Have to wait on hold forever to even get through on the phone. they have a large selection of bridesmaid dresses which almost makes the awful and dreaded experience of going there worth it. I cringe that I gave my money to this place.
I had an amazing experience with the Wedding Shoppe for my wedding last August. It was a one stop shop for me and the associate really took in what I was looking for in a dress. They listened to what I liked and disliked about dresses along the way to bring me the perfect one. They were also fabulous with my bridesmaids' dresses. LOVE the wedding shoppe :)
I got married last August, going to at least 7 different bridal stores. I went to the wedding Shoppe first and last! I LOVED my consultant Sasenka. I struggled with deciding my budget and she helped by bringing me things I loved and could afford! The entire staff was wonderful to work with they all chimed in letting me know what dress looked the best! I felt beautiful in my dress and made sure to come back for bridesmaids dresses! I had my bridal appointment yesterday with Jessica helping me, she was AWESOME! She wasn't pushy, she was very helpful and she helped me find my dream dress! I'm so happy with my experience with Jessica
Has messed up the bridesmaid dresses a few times within a couple weeks! No one seems to know what is going on with anything regarding the orders and no one is on the same page!
