STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered an Allure dress that was over two thousand dollars$$$$$. It was manufactured completely wrong (took 5 months to be delivered). Ordered bridesmaid dresses online. They arrived exactly as order, in perfect condition, and on time!
So far my experience has been amazing! Today Katie R was more than willing to bring in lots of different style dresses as I hadn't tried on any before. I was trying to chose between two dresses that I really loved, and they were at two different price points. Katie didn't push me in either direction and I never felt rushed. Ultimately the dress I chose was the second one I tried on and the cheaper of the two. This was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses. My consultant, Sjerstan, was AMAZING!!! She truly listened to what I wanted and I bought the FIRST dress she brought in!!! She was outstanding!!!
It's so unfortunate that the stunning dresses there definitely stand out more than their customer service. I bought my dress there last weekend. I arrived about 10 minutes early and didn't get a room until 35 minutes after my appointment should of started. Erica was great to work with but the other stuff had poor attitudes. Kudos to Abbey at The Wedding Shoppe for helping me find my dress! She did an EXCELLENT job and made this experience amazing! Going to The Wedding Shoppe was a unique experience and I loved that my family and I could be in a room all by ourselves! Thanks again for everything! :) **My bridal experience was super, however, when the bridesmaids shopped for their dresses, it was not that great of an experience. I'm sure it was probably just a busy day, but just a heads up for others on that!
I had an amazing experience with Amy. After describing 5 likes/dislikes, she came back with dresses that fit my vision perfectly. Her first choice was definitely the perfect dress for me, and I ordered it before leaving the store. The dresses are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommended this for anyone!
I had Sasenka as my consultant and I could not have been more impressed with her service! I had seen a dress I liked on the store's website and she not only brought me that one, but others that were wonderful and my style! She listened to me and got my sense of style perfectly! My mom, sister, and I were very impressed with her! This was my first wedding dress stop and the only one I needed, we bought my dress and I could not be more pleased!
