I wish I could choose negative stars for this review. Worst customer service ever!!! Tried forcing me to take the Junior bridesmaid dress that was ordered. My color was an Aqua blue and a GREEN dress showed up! Over-charged my ushers on what they were suppose to get (Just needed pants and they charged them for a tie and spenders) good thing I was such a hassle when bringing the suits back for the girl who just wanted me out and kept helping others bringing tuxs back instead of just dealing with the problem I had that they cr... read more
I would like to thank Jenny for the amazing service I received this past weekend. She helped me find the perfect dress, it was the first one I tried on! Another employee helped me see how the alterations will look and everything. All around it was a great experience and I love my dress! Thank you!
I went to the wedding shoppe yesterday and this was the first time for me to try wedding dresses on and I found the perfect dress!! I couldn't believe I found it so fast! Can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!
The Wedding Shoppe was my first bridal appointment ever, and with Katlin's expert help, I found my dress shortly into the appointment! Katlin was great in asking me about my wedding and what I wanted, so that she could pull dresses that I would like. She also was great by having me try on various silhouettes to determine what looked best and complemented my venue. I highly recommend the Wedding Shoppe!
I know one consultant doesn't make a break a business - but it can definitely cause you to lose loyal customers. I have been to the Wedding Shoppe on a couple of occasions for friends weddings - but this was the first time for my own wedding - and the service was AWFUL! The consultant wasn't friendly OR professional. She was all about sell, sell, sell... she didn't even help me in/out of any of the dresses (removed from the hanger and handed to me) - and didn't even bring me a proper bra/slip! I came in with one dress in my mind hoping it would be "the one". I came with a large party, my dad, mom, grandma, aunt, and my maid of honor and sister. This store ment a lot to me because my grandmother bought her dress here as well. Kelsie f. was great! She was super bubbly and energetic and made everyone laugh and feel comfortable.
