We called We Care for service on our furnace. Our technician, Brian "Cortez" was polite, knowledgable and courteous. He along with Darren, the supervisor, guided us through the process of replacing our aged furnace and A/C. We were very impressed with this company and the level of professionalism shown by all the employees that worked on our project. We would highly recommend them.
We needed hot water, so we called "We Care Plumbing." We are very pleased. If you need help call and ask for Melvin Marshall...he did a great job.

We have been happy with the service from We Care. My recent concern is a fan motor that was supposed to last for years has gone out and we are unable to use the air conditioning during this hot spell, but a new one is on order and they will be installing it in a few days. But that is an equipment issue, not a service one. Ronny was very professional.He worked with me to give what I wanted.Answered all my questions and did very good job.
I called them out for an estimate and when the price sounded right he actually went to the supplier and got the new water heater that I needed and worked until 7pm to get the job done. Very professional.
We have the monthly program with We Care for Heating and Air Conditioning. The appointment and follow up process is excellent. The service technicians were on time, very thorough and made some very good recommendations. Getting this kind of service is very important to the long term care of our equipment.
