Kevin from We Care did an outstanding job. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and most importantly, he got my AC up and running! I purchased the membership and I'm thrilled to have a yearly maintenance check on my plumbing, AC and Heater. My overall experience was excellent with everyone from my first call to We Care.
Made and appointment with this company three days ago, get a phone call today saying that they have to reschedule the appointments or recommend somebody else. So pretty much they canceled. Stating that they have been to over whelmed by there so call members. This is complete lack of customer service. Please beware I do not recommend this company because of this experience.
They are really "CARE-team". Comes on time and fix everything thats needed :)
Five star excellents, Manny my service person was on time and very knowledgeable about his job. They truly care. I have never had a problem with this company.
Rough night when the air conditioning is out AGAIN and it's only May 12th. Not sure who to be more upset with Pardee Homes Inland Empire who sold us a house with an air conditioning system that didn't even last three years or We Care Plumbing Heating Air and Solar that made roughly 5 trips to our house last summer taking around $1,500 for a variety of different repairs and still couldn't get it right.
Great company - highly recommend them! Always great customer service which is pretty rare these days. Marvin was very professional & did a thorough assessment of our equipment.
WE Care always have great Techs come out to my house, today was no different ,Marvin came for our heating maintenance , he was great , very polite and very knowledgeable, explaining everything ,We Care, you have the best people ,
