Thank you so much to WC and Dewey. I had to have my hot water heater replaced yesterday and the experience, although unfortunate, was so much more tolerable due to the courteous, knowledgeable and helpful tech that came out. He was very professional but very personable. He walked me through step by step and explained what every thing was after installation. Thank you Dewey for making this experience much more pleasant. And I appreciated your honesty! Companies need more guys like you.
Jason Z was our tech. He was very through, polite and enthusiastic. We had questions about our system and how a "heat pump" works. He was very knowledgeable. I would rate him at a "10"! We have been with We Care for a number of years. Every experience has been exceptional. We refer our family and friends to We Care when ever possible. You guys really know Customer Service A+!☺️
They did an amazing job. Great on time and team gustavo, Michael, Carla and Kenny were polite and kept a clean work space. They were completed by estimated time give. Good job guys!
We Care showed up in a timely manner and inspected our furnace and air conditioner. Austin kept us informed of what he was doing and did a thorough job. He put booties on every time he came into the house. He washed and wax both the furnace and the AC unit. He explained every step he was doing. Even the paperwork was neatly written!!
