Kurt was very professional and on time to provide our service! This was our first experience but I have nothing to complain about as it was top notch service. Thank you!
Jose was very thorough & extremely polite. He tried many avenues to correct the issue. In the end it was an issue with the appliance. Jose has a great attitude!
I had a faucet plug pop from my shower faucet and it flood parts of my bathroom, laundry room including the walkway to my living room. I contacted We Care Plumbing and informed them of my problem and they were very accommodating in sending a plumber. The plumber arrived at a reasonable time and replaced the faucet plug. All is fine now no further issue. Even though I did not have an appointment they did not denied me from receiving service.
Excellent service. Will only do the work required and will not try to add on unnecessary work to pad costs. Highly recommended
The crew from We Care is always professional...courteous...and fully explain what they are here to do.....never rushing through the job. They installed our new cooling and heating system several years back after purchasing through Costco...and we have been good ever since.
Joseph came in response to a non-working thermostat which came back to life before he arrived. He was very professional, personable, and articulate, explaining in terms I could understand what had likely occurred. I was impressed that he did not try to sell me a new thermostat indicating that the problem was probably a "glitch" that might not ever reoccur. But if it happened again to call and he'd check it out and we would see where to go from there.
Great customer services. Eric V. was very professional and courteous. I would recommend we care plumbing heating air and solar to everyone.
