Rep on the phone was very pleasant. Tech was knowledgeable and fixed my system.
We stopped at the air conditioning kiosk at Home Depot and filled out the little slip of paper to say we where interested in home air conditioning. WE Care plumbing contacted us and set up a in home evaluation. Kurt from We Care drove down from Temecula to our place in Pine Valley! We have trouble getting service companies to come from El Cajon 30 miles away let alone Temecula which has got to be 80 miles away. He's not a salesman but a air condition installer, counselor. Jeff did a diagnostic on our air conditioner and pointed out the main problem was our ducts.
I would like to thank Austin, service technician for providing my A/C component with tender loving care - he did such a wonderful job, I will be requesting him as my service technician moving forward. Additionally, Daniel customer service representative is always kind and respectful over the telephone, greatly appreciated him taking care of my appointment without any delays and or cancellations!!!
