Nick Finn conducted a check-up of our heating system. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. For me, he met his goal of customer satisfaction!
The service representative that serviced our plumbing was such a gentleman. He was informative, helpful and very polite, taking care to always cover his shoes before coming into the house. He saw that I had purchased a different showerhead, but had not been able to install it myself, and offered to do it for me. What a help that was!
Great service knowledgeable tech fast clean very friendly
I had We Care Plumbing Heating Air and Solar do a complete heating and air install at my home about a year and a half ago. Very professional crew showed up, all in uniforms, clean and experienced. Very happy with the install and the semi annual service inspections and keeping my system running good. I now have hired them to repipe my whole house. The job begins this Saturday. I will let you know how they do when the job is complete. Other than that, I highly recommend this company. Good job We Care!!!
I have always been impressed with the quick response from We Care H&A when needing service. They arrive when they are scheduled, work efficiently and professionally. My most recent experiences have been with Thomas and Omar, both of which I enjoyed meeting and welcoming into my home. Omar came out a couple of days ago when I discovered I had a leaky water heater. Worst customer service I've ever experienced! The sales guy Scott Russell was so dishonest and when I talked to his manager I got hung up on. The installers had to come back because permit inspection didn't pass and now my unit seems to be working harder than before. Not the energy savings I was promised. My utility bill is actually higher now. They don't know what they are doing and don't know how to treat people. Once they get paid they leave even when the job isn't finished.
Angel did a great job fixing our faucet. I would recommend We Care to everybody.
