Well have to admit I was dissatisfied with the after-hours emergency customer service!! I'm sure that something that we care Heating and Plumbing will take care of internally in the future!! However though after a less-than-perfect response during after hours I was very impressed with Dewey when he showed up the following morning and provided me outstanding customer service and actually did show that he cares about his customers and their problems as it relates to heating and air plumbing!! Had a great experience with Junior showing me some issues that we were able to take care of promptly and friendly....recommend him highly
Good system, but after your free maintenance calls run out, they want to sign up for a very expensive maintenance contract. When I told them that I thought their maintenance contract was waaay too expensive they threatened me that if I have anyone else work on the system it will void any of the warranties. They told me I could make monthly payments for the service contract of $18 per month, FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!!!
If you have a dozen OZZYs I suggest you send them to every call. I have never had such professional, clear focused on my specific needs appointment. No competitors did diagnosis to see if my system could be saved. He knew I am on a fixed income so he focused on bringing my system up to a safe running order. I liked his approach so much I signed a service account for a small monthly fee and I asked for OZZY each time. Fantastic customer service from phone to repair. I've used them several times now and always pleased with the professional and friendly service. I recommend them highly and wish we could take them to Portland when we move next year!!
