These people are repulsive and have zero respect for tenant rights. It took them 1 month after burglary from neighbors to fix the door. No lock. They put a piece of wood up. The house was uninhabitable and at severe risk of home invasion a second time. The refused immediate rectifications and made an illegal inspection. These women (maybe there are men, I've only spoken to women) are amazing. They were extraordinarily friendly to me every time I picked up the phone to call them. My search for a house was (and continues to be) a nightmare, but they are the beacon of light that really has helped me out. I have yet to rent, and may not be with WCW just due to availability, but from the vantage point of a person looking for homes they are phenomenal. All i can say as a former landlord client about this MICKEY MOUSE outfit is that they will cost you money on top of what you are paying and act as if you the owner are at fault! as a tenet i say the same and cannot wait until my lease is up! MB and staff the absolutely the WORST. As a whole they don't value good business ethics
Absolute Terrible. They flat out cheat you out of money. They don't tell you certain details, and then you get charged for never knowing about them. DO NOT rent from this company unless you love throwing away your money.
