Miserable. All of you leaving 5-star reviews obviously haven't dealt with them for longer than a couple months (just wait and see)...or else you're lying and helping them by leaving "good" reviews. Less than 1 star for both wcw and the reviewer, jesse k, who's complicit in their con game. He posted the exact same copy pasted review on multiple sites on the same day. Damage control much? Look at all of the 1 star reviews and see the commonality of the complaints. The only positive reviews come from their friends and family who are willing to participate in their deception. This company will defraud and rob you for as much as they can get out of you. Enough with your fake reviews, wcw. Topeka is waking up to your games.

Honestly, as a former employee and now a former Tenant, please, renter beware. I left my job due to the treatment I was receiving at this company and now as I am ending my tenancy the treatment is seriously no better. If you do wish to rent from them, please, please, take your own photos of your move in and your move out. A LOT of photos as they will do anything for money. I spent over 12 hours cleaning my unit and they marked 90% of it dirty. If I did not have my own set of photos to back me and my actions up in court ... read more
If I could rate less than one star, I would because WCW isn't deserving of it. My girlfriend and I rented a house through those idiots last year, and the experience was downright miserable for the duration. There was a pipe in the basement that leaked anytime water was running (shower, kitchen sink, dishwasher, etc), and a hose faucet on the front side of the house near the front door that leaked constantly, so much that at times it almost appeared to be turned on. I wish I could rate 0. Please, pay attention to the number of 1 star ratings. They will attempt to cheat you out of as much money as possible. They do not address any maintenance concerns. They will lie directly to your face. If you have no choice, make sure you document everything wrong with the property before you sign the lease. I can't even guarantee you'll be safe from these thrives even with airtight documentation. We weren't.
Terrible. These jokers and liars will do anything to get a few more dollars out of you. Mary Beth is one of the most downright disrespectful people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. These people are repulsive and have zero respect for tenant rights. It took them 1 month after burglary from neighbors to fix the door. No lock. They put a piece of wood up. The house was uninhabitable and at severe risk of home invasion a second time. The refused immediate rectifications and made an illegal inspection. These women (maybe there are men, I've only spoken to women) are amazing. They were extraordinarily friendly to me every time I picked up the phone to call them. My search for a house was (and continues to be) a nightmare, but they are the beacon of light that really has helped me out. I have yet to rent, and may not be with WCW just due to availability, but from the vantage point of a person looking for homes they are phenomenal.
