Wait, looking back to 2014, Rhiannon Scott you left them five stars an an employee yourself. I guess the staff at one time was fluffing their reviews. I see Bill left a few five stars as well.
Wow, amazing to see The ex employee even give bad reviews. I can attest she really did work there as they have managed my house for almost 9 years. If the tenant didn't keep renewing the lease I would have dropped them years a ago. When I left Topeka, there were really no other managers as there are now. You must contact them monthly get your owner payment almost 4 weeks after they receive rent payments, they will charge you for repairs on the same item over and over. This Jesse K guy is an idiot! OF COURSE they do what they can to save money for you, all by finding the absolute cheapest stuff and cutting so many corners! You'll find in time pal, that the places you rent out will fall into disrepair and shit. All thanks to your wise choosing of WCW, the worst rental mgmt company EVER!!! Enjoy your time with them, dumbo. I'll be sure to avoid any and all of your properties.
