Let's get real here and let it be known to all tenants, owners and anyone else working with them. I had been there for many years as a tenant, as I moved from one home to another which ended on its final term. I was treated with respect, treated fairly by management and by all office staff, maintenance was handled promptly at any hour of the day, weekend or even holiday. Bunch of bozos. This clownish outfit is unfortunately anything but funny, and will screw you in any way possible. Pay attention to some of these 1-star reviews, they make sense and some of the incidents reported are in fact very similar or almost exactly the same when it comes to our own with them. Perfect examples are maintenance issues: they don't ever take care of things (correctly anyway), and then WCW turns around and 14/30's you for the very same maintenance issues that YOU as a tenant called them for! They seem nice at first, but ultimately don't want you to thrive in their homes. They charge you with many petty 14/30's and also are disrespectful as a staff other than Tim. They over-charge on their homes, and treat younger adults as children because they are renting through them. Their move out inspections are harsh, and they do not communicate with each other well. R and J don't just think it's the owner they treat bad. At times I always thought they cared more about the tenant as when I did use their service, seems like they treated me like I was the enemy and every repair was automatically on me to fix. There were times when I know for sure the repair was due to tenant neglect but I was charged anyway. Maybe we both paid and they just pocketed the overage. Who knows.

To Bill: yes we will try that and hopefully the owner can find a way to investigate what he was charged and demand a refund for being cheated. We are pretty new to renting so I hope they do not take advantage of us as I see so many others complaining about.
