I checked this company out on FB and they have many negative reviews on their own wall and didn't address any complaint. Thanks for the advice, I will use another company. Thanks for all the reviews to help me out.
Not worth the chance of you using them. Reviews should tell you to go with another company
I wish I would have checked them out better before using their service. WCW seems overwhelmed in the management business.
The other poster is correct. They have a C- BBB rating
Don't waste your time. Learn from the others who left one star. Also notice how there are no inbetweens. Real costomers left the lowest score. Fake posts left five stars. There are hardly anything between these two scores.

Horrible management and business practices
The green building pictured on this site is not even occupied. Maybe that's why their service is so horrible, nobody home.
After you tell them why you are not happy, they take no action to provide a better service. It's like they would prefer you not do business with them. It's almost unbelievable how they do not want to improve. Even a bag of potato chips request consumer feedback to improve: NOT WCW.
