To Bill: yes we will try that and hopefully the owner can find a way to investigate what he was charged and demand a refund for being cheated. We are pretty new to renting so I hope they do not take advantage of us as I see so many others complaining about.
@R and J, glad you brought light to this. Owners don't normally know what type of repairs they do and WCW can charge owners for anything they say we owe for whatever service performed. I can suggest maybe Zillow or other property sites that may list current owners as public record. You can find the owner and let them know of your observervations. Wish the people who rented my property ( before I left this Mickey Mouse organization) would have looked out for me. Bill
We rent a vert nice home from WCW and recently had a major repair done. The work was done poorly and I wish I knew a way to let the home owner know how they used parts that were obviously not new and I'm sure he was charged heavily for them. Shameful!
I checked this company out on FB and they have many negative reviews on their own wall and didn't address any complaint. Thanks for the advice, I will use another company. Thanks for all the reviews to help me out.
Not worth the chance of you using them. Reviews should tell you to go with another company
I wish I would have checked them out better before using their service. WCW seems overwhelmed in the management business.
The other poster is correct. They have a C- BBB rating
Don't waste your time. Learn from the others who left one star. Also notice how there are no inbetweens. Real costomers left the lowest score. Fake posts left five stars. There are hardly anything between these two scores.
