Maintenance is completely non-existent, and will not fix any issues you have. Had an issue with electrical sockets not working or getting any power to them. Called WCW, was given the same old song-&-dance bullshit story about how busy they were. A week later, a guy showed up, took one look at the socket, and said “I cannot fix this,” then left. Absolutely terrible 😞. We are in the process of moving out. Save your time and money. A lawsuit will be involved if they try to nickel and dime our deposit away. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people. We have documented everything from the beginning — photos, phone calls, and all interactions. I’d absolutely rate lower than 1 star if it was an option, but alas…you’d think slum lord Lew McGinnis himself was running this clown show, that’s how horrible they are. Avoid them at ALL costs.
The kings of slum lords, the worst rental mgmt company ever is still around, still ripping people off and treating them like garbage in 2022!!! Dealing with these pricks a was an awful experience. They tell you to be sure to give them a call with any issues, but then when you do, they say maintenance will be booked up for a while and won't have time to get to it for a few days, or they refuse to help and say that you the Tennant must figure it out because it "doesn't fall under them." If you take the time to notice, you'll see that the 5-star reviews left by the same people are all within an extremely short time frame. The 5-star reviews from "William" are Bill Welch, who is or was the owner or manager of WCW, leaving his own company "good reviews." Also notice the reviews from all those personally thanking Bill by name, they all say nearly the exact same thing. Those are personal friends of Bill "William" Welch and employees of WCW. Still a terrible company, still having personal friends leave 5 star reviews for damage control, and still wouldnt do business with these idiots if they were the only rental company left in the world. Believe me when I say, they suck.

**** SLUM LORDS STAY AWAY**** If I could give 0 stars I would. I initially gave a 5 star review because the slum lords were accommodating at that time. They fixed my washing machine the same day with no issues, they fixed the sink even in the same day. But a month later when I called to get the dryer fixed, they refused since it "wasn't their property" and couldn't recall that they fixed their washing machine.
