I had a problem with my wedding band that would not come off. I went to the store and Frank helped me to remove it and resize it for me. I also brought another ring that had a slight crack in the band, and Frank was able to repair & resize that one as well. I was so happy to hear they do most repairs in house. I was totally surprised that he called me in approximately 3 hours that both rings were done and ready for pick up!
