I am a long time patient of Dr. Chu. I want to say over 20 years with him but yesterday’s visit was the last straw. Lack of attention to details and poor quality care since the pandemic. It gets worse each year with him sadly. I plan to contact the office tomorrow regarding my exam experience and how they are all to happy to nickel and dime you for poor or no service at all. I had cataract surgery in both eyes. Why I recommend dr Yin: 1. Skilled surgeon. 2. Available sooner for an appointment. 3. State of the art equipment. 4. Effective staff. 5. Open to answer questions - quick and convincing answers. 6. State of the art operating center with nice and competent staff. 7. I am happy with the results, one year after first surgery.
Dr. Yin fit me in on an emergency basis due to uveitis. She was extremely professional, calming, and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I would definitely recommend her and her practice.
Dr Yin is a very competent, professional doctor with very good personal traits: bubbly, upbeat and positive. She listens to her patients' concerns and takes the time to provide explanations and answer questions. The office has a great team of staff and very high tech equipment. No need to for eye dilation. I highly recommend the practice.
Dr. Chu is an amazing Physician. He works tirelessly with a great bedside manner. He is surrounded by a phenomenal team of technicians, admin and support staff. His equipment is top grade. Quick on their feet and smart. Caring with personal phone follow ups by all team members including. Dr. Robert Chu himself. Very satisfied with results during this Covid era.
