Dr. Chu is very knowledgeable and thorough. I have seen Dr. Chu for many years now and am confident that he carefully monitors changes over time and explains options. Questions are answered and help is easily available if needed between regular check-ups. Office is pleasant and well-run, staff is professional.
My family and I have gone to Dr Chu for years. He is the consummate professional, highly skilled, caring with a well run office.
Dr. Chu and his team have always made time to take me during an emergency. All have proven very thorough and professional over the years. The staff as well as Dr. Chu have answered any concern that I had and managed to explain conditions and treatments in terms a layman can understand. Despite many questions Dr. Chu has always been very patient, considerate, and concerned about my eye health. I would recommend him highly.
NEGLIGENT!! WORST doctor ever. put on on steroids without monitoring which leaded to extremely high eye pressure, at which point he still claimed a small problem. I went to another doctor and they were shocked and started treating me right away and wouldn't let me leave until the skyrocketing eye pressure (easily CAUSE BLINDNESS) was pushed down. Plus if I didn't follow up myself I would have still been on steroids as he prescribed. DO NOT go to this place unless you want your eyes destroyed!!

Dr. Chu is an outstanding doctor! I've been going to eye doctors for more than 60 years, and Dr. Chu is the very best. I chose him because my sister (a nurse) has been going for years, and recommended him highly; and because of his professional expertise. From the moment I met Dr. Chu, I was so impressed. Everything about the entire experience was professional and first-class, including Dr. Chu's staff and state-of-the-art equipment. I recommend Dr. Chu whole-heartedly!
Dr. Chu has a wonderful balance of mind and heart. His keen intellect is not tainted by any ego and he remains a very humble person. He took time to thoroughly explain my cataract procedure to me, answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. When I saw my optometrist for a follow up visit, he said he has seen the work of about six ophthalmologists, and Dr. Chu's is always the best.
Dr Chu is a very kind and knowledgeable Doctor. He has helped me by treating my Glacoma and cataracts. I trust him and his staff very much.
She is always very friendly and focused on you. She is patient and willing to describe things in as much detail as you like, show you photographs of your, and charts regarding your opthalmic progress.
