5 years ago Wallside replaced 19 windows in my old Victorian home. Beautiful and energy efficient. They were installed quickly and I have never had an issue! Interest free and this month I am paying them off!! Yea!! Hoping to get them back to do 4 more windows and perhaps a front door. Not sure if they do doors but I will find out!!
Entire history with Wallside has been positive. We had the windows installed in 2006. Salesman was great and installation went smoothly. We had quite a few windows that needed replaced (2016). We called, they came and looked at them, and came today and quickly replaced the damaged windows. Very polite and no one trying to get out of fixing the damaged windows. One suggestion is to call from same phone number instead of a different one each time.
Very professional throughout the whole process...sales to install. No over kill sales pitch from salesman. The 3 installers were courteous, respectful, and seemed to take pride in their work. I love my windows and I am very pleased with the entire experience. Thank you =)
DO NOT use them call someone else they're scam artists. A few years back I called them out to quote new windows. The sales guy tells me around $7500. I tell him ok I have to think on it. Few days later he calls and I tell him no I'm going to get other quotes I found one cheaper. One day later his boss calls me and says they'll now do it for $5000. I think wallside don't no there ass from a hole in the ground. they say they will be out on am on a saterday and lose a days work and they don't show up.they come on sunday bring wrong windows take your old windows out try to put the wrong windows in make a mess out of your home, make you louse work as now you have to stay home so you don't get broke in too. then the owner of wallside tells you he don't give a dam that you hafe to take that windows that did not fit and look like shit. I had a great experience: great sales guy that didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need (we actually didn't replace two windows), had a 2nd guy come and measure, and a third visit was the actual install. Guys came at 8am and out by 11am completely replacing 5 windows. This was my first window install and I had a very good experience. Price was very reasonable, would highly recommend to friends.
Purchased a new bay window in February.. I previously had a bay window but with Wallside I lost 36 inches of view from their plastic molding plus charge me $5000 for window that's not worth over $3000.. The installation was great wrong color but they did get.. My house has all Wallside windows I always liked Wallside windows.. BUT I would NEVER buy a bay window from them..
Had our windows replaced on July 6 and the crew was very professional and did a great job. Mark had dropped off all the new frames earlier so we could get them stained ahead of time which saved us a lot of work doing it ahead of the installation. Very very pleased.
I absolutely love our new windows! The service was excellent. The estimate was fast and efficient. No pressure. The installers were on time, clean, professional. Best of all our windows look amazing! I would highly recommend Jim K from Homeside for the installation.
