Great experience with Wallside and the crew that was at my house!! They replaced my picture window and had everything cleaned up in an hour! They were all very professional and extremely friendly! I will be calling to replace a few other windows soon and I will recommend Wallside to all of my family and friends!
Very professional! The install crew was phenomenal. They laid down cardboard and paint tarps to protect the floor, wore booties over their shoes prior to that and swept and vacuumed upon departure. I was very impressed with their pre-install and post-install process. We had 16 windows and a slider installed and I couldn't be happier with the products. The quality of the windows seems to be great. I wish that I could say the same for the customer service. I'm not happy with one of my windows --- one of the MAIN picture windows on the front of my home and have been given nothing but the run around and excuses since first expressing that. A "crew chief" was supposed to come out to discuss it with me, and then the morning of, told me that he wasn't coming (when I called him). The Windows are great. Very happy with the quality. Installation is our only concern. Installed over winter so now that the snow is melted we have some disappointment. Under every window, in every bush, on roof to back landing, there is broken glass, old window pieces, and cut off caps to the caulking tubes. Very messy.
I had an absolutely fabulous experience with Wallside Windows this past Saturday replacing 19 windows in my home! The superb quality and extensive selection of windows, such as several variations of casements, a beautiful bow and bay window has added upscale character as well as monetary value to my home. In addition, the company demonstrated professionalism in every area, from my salesman Matt to the expertise of the installers! I am very happy with my Wallside Windows and would highly recommend them.
