Absolutely the worst experience imaginable On 8/10/17 I was to have 5 double hung windows with tempered glass and 5 screens installed. The installation was to take place around 9-10am. So, the day of the install there is a police incident which closed both lanes if I-75 between Monroe, Michigan and Toledo, Ohio, where I live. Customer service was awful and it took over four months to get issues resolved. Incredibly disappointed
WALLSIDE REPLACE PARTS WITH A DIFFERENT COLOR PART THAN WHAT THE COLOR OF THE DOOR, LOOKS LIKE GARABGE !!!! REPLACE A WHITE PART WITH BLACK !!!
On August 19 wallside sent 2 crews out to remove the old windows and install new ones. Gabe and John were the crew leaders, everyone on the crews were very friendly and professional. They arrived about 9:30am and by 1:30pm they were cleaning up getting ready to leave, after installing 8 windows including a picture window.I would recommend wallside to anyone who needs windows, beats everyone's price that I got quotes from.
Wallside did a HORRIBLE CLEANUP job after the windows were installed. I purchased 14 windows and it took 2 months to get it done. They came and had one of the windows measured incorrectly and left without giving me an estimated date that the correct sized window would be available. They took out my air conditioner but DID NOT reinstall it afterwards. I am pleased with the "look" of the window installation itself BUT CLEANUP AND FOLLOWUP AFTER COMPLAINTS ARE HORRIBLE! I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE ELSE!!
Took five visits for them to get my windows correct, after my first visit. After several complaints to the company, I finally got results. This place is ridiculous!!!!!
