Joe, Justin, and Matt did an awesome job at installing my moms windows. She loves her bay window. They even worked through the rain. I would recommend Wallside Windows to others and that team.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY- They do not honor thief replacement contracts. We have a son who is total care and we had replaced his windows. They they get moisture in between the glass and wall side refuses to replace them. These windows cost a lot of money, don't work right and now we are stuck unless WE pay for new windows.
I originally had a bad experience with the company because of some scheduling mishaps but they made up for it by giving me a quality product at a great price. My salesman, Rich Torres went above and beyond to earn my business. The crew came in, addressed my questions and informed me of how to maintain my new windows. Everyone came together to give me a great experience. I look forward to working with them in the future to replace my porch windows.
Brett and his crew came by this morning and replaced all of our windows. They were incredibly professional and answered all of my questions. They were also very courteous about working around my cats so that I could release them as soon as possible from their crates. The windows look gorgeous and they cleaned everything up beautifully. I would recommend Wallside without hesitation for their professionalism and quality!
We had an egress window replaced today by Wallside. It looks amazing! I know, it's just a basement window, but I am thrilled with the appearance and the workmanship that your team showed. They were polite, prompt, and neat. They just left, and there's no sawdust or scraps of any kind left behind. Next year I'm replacing all my windows, and you can bet I'm going with Wallside!
Maybe I'll change my 1 star review....If they show up. Originally scheduled for 1st morning appt (9am). Then I was contacted that it had been moved to the 11:00-1:00 slot. Not pleased, but I can move some other appointments around. It is currently after 1:00 and my installation people have yet to call, answer calls or arrive. If I treated my clients with such disregard, they would look elsewhere. Something to think about. @wallsidewindows
