these are the worst windows ever every window in our home needs wallside to replace them i will be calling them soon i do not recommend this company all of you who are so pleased wait a few years and see what happens windows will not dtay up, dirt between the panes etc
I am a contractor remodeling a house with new siding. The windows were installed by wallside quite a few years ago. They were replacement windows. Only thing is, they had nail flanges, and were installed over the existing siding. Then caulked so heavily that when we tried to pull the old trim off the window came with it. This is an unacceptable installation process for replacement windows. They need to go take a look at the jobs as they are being done by their subcontractors.
Can't say enough good things about Wallside and their service staff and installers. Even though the windows were old, they did back them and I could not be happier. The installers were A+ and I asked for them on the second trip...Thank you kindly and a special shout out to Heather. She could not have been more accommodating and professional A+
I had my windows installed in Nov. 2016. My new puppy decided to chew on both of the bay window handles and window lock downs. Needless to say my wife was very very upset. I sent an email to Wallside and asked if I could buy replacements. The owner Mr. Blanca called me back and offered to send someone with the parts. This is the kind of customer service that is rarely seen now. He saved my marriage
Had them install windows throughout our whole home today! It looks fabulous! The installers did a great job left without a mess! Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
We had a Hason's rep and Wallside come in the same day. We choose Wallside so much cheaper, much better financing, and the rep from Wallside was much more down to earth her name was Renee! The crew who installed our 6 windows just left they were here two hours and I'm beyond happy with the process! No mess and my windows look great! I will recommend Wallside to all my friends!!
Just had 23 windows and a door wall installed (2/10/17). I was called ahead of time (as promised) and the crew showed up on-time and began by prepping the house (floor protection laid down). All of the old windows were removed and carried out by hand. Because the original home builder did such a poor job of framing the windows, the crew had to make many adjustments to get the replacement windows in straight & centered.
