Very happy with the new windows just installed today. The crew from Roberts Installations out of Troy did a great job. Very fast putting in 21 windows. They cleaned everything up before they left. Almost like they were never here, except for the furniture being in a jumble. Thank you Wallside for a great experience. And a great job.
I had a phenomenal experience using Wallside Windows. The quote process was efficient and the gentleman who came out to take measurements and provide recommendations was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The timeline from order to installation was quote short. The installation process was easy. They knew exactly what they were doing, and were courteous and kept the house very clean. Adam and his team were wonderful! Arrived early and finished 23 windows and a door wall in a matter of hours . They cleaned up everything and the windows are awesome! Thanks Wallside! If you want things done right make sure you ask for Adam! His team is great!
Not real happy right now. Our windows were installed 2 weeks ago. The screen on the door-wall was scratched and the installers did not have the inside trim they needed to finish off the job. We were told that they would get it ordered and call to schedule a time to fix it. We haven't heard back and the door is very difficult to slide. I have called and feel like I am getting the run around. This is not good customer service.
Loved the installation team we had... Brett Rousseau's crew. They were punctual, polite, and did a great job! The only thing I wish knew ahead of time is that my new windows are more shallow than the original ones and I cannot hang blinds inside the molding as I did before. I wish my sales person would have pointed that out. Otherwise, we are happy with our experience. Thank you!
