I just had my windows installed yesterday. I had a crew of 5 that were polite, professional and did a great job! Our sales representative was also professional and not into the high pressure sales tactics I've seen from other companies. There weren't any issues with broken glass or debris left behind- they did a great clean up job inside and out! Overall I'm happy with my windows and the entire experience with Wallside.
Just got out windows installed today and I couldn't be more disappointed. My biggest issue I discussed with the salesperson was that my house was dark and I didn't want to lose the natural light I had. He reassured me that it wouldn't happen. When I walked through after they installed the windows I cried because they are so small and have completely ruined the lighting in my house. We had wallside replace 27 windows. The whole process could not have gone any smoother. No hassles at all. The installers, Scott and his crew were extremely professional, polite, and hard working. I would recommend Wallside to whoever is looking for windows.
They arrived at noon to do a full house of windows on December 3rd when its dark by 5:30. They talked my husband out of doing the moldings so they could push the windows in from the outside and save time. My husband really misunderstood what they meant they they explained it. No money was refunded even when we called about it. Plus, some of the windows had bad moldings (missing pieces) and they didn't make the decision to replace at least those. Excellent company, we had a window with moisture in between the glass. They replaced the window on the spot!!!
