Thank u Wallside Windows, Just had new windows and a slider door put in 3/19/2016, Great job, the crew was friendly, Polite, they all work together as a team, their craftsmanship was outstanding enjoyed watching them. Wallside just completed our window installation. Cannot make one negative comment against the TEAM of installers! They were professional, courteous, punctual and precise! Not only were they courteous to us the customer, but also to one another! They worked as a TEAM!! I wish I could give a personal Thank You and recognition to each one individually. Thank you to Matt, Jeff, Eric and the 3 others that did an outstanding job! Wallside gets our vote and will come highly recommended to family and friends!
They came today and put new Windows in throughout the house. Love Love Love the Windows!! The crew did an excellent job. They were very professional. They were very nice, caring people. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I definitely recommend them. A 5 star in our book.
We have had our new windows for 5 years now. If a seal breaks I just call and within a week they are at my house on my time frame to replace it. I just had two windows replaced for free (great warranty and service ). They have just improved their windows and all old customers get the new improved ones when a seal breaks! AWESOME! !! THANKS WALLSIDE, my heating bills have gone down drastically!
We had Windows installed two winters ago. We have had nothing but issues with them. They ice up on the inside of our house. Managers have been rude and their customer service completely SUCKS. I am so disappointed with wallside Windows.
service has been very responsive but had to shim all of my windows twice as they had sagged. Last service call, a worker smeared caulk over my bedroom wall and I had to repaint it. Today, they came to replace a sash but the brought it for the wrong window. I keep Wallside Service on speed-dial
I purchased a house this year that had all wall side windows put in in 1994. I was 3 years old then and now am 24. Our large front room window had lost seal and was leaking. They sent the repair tech out and they replaced it under their 35 year warranty. So incredible and Amazon customer service and the tech was great !
