Just had a wallside representative out for a quote. I have used wallside in the past and they were ok. Well I was totally disgusted. After I told him it was pricey he went out to his car and came back $2500 less!!! Come on! Is that the way you NOW do business? I will tell everyone I know how you now do business. I think your product is average and you are to big and need to bump your prices up. GOOD LUCK. You will certainly need it.
I just had three door walls and two large windows installed. Justin & Gary were great. They took their time and did an amazing job of installing and removing the old product. If I had more windows or doors to do I would call Wallside. Thanks Guys!!!!!!!
Our Wallside windows are crap. The installer stomped all over and killed my flowers and perennials (front and back of hoise), and although Wallside said they would compensate us, they never came through with the money. Brand new windows have been covered with plastic for years to keep out the cold air flowing in. Wallside came out and said there is nothing wrong with them, yet the bulging plastic says otherwise. Just completed my second window replacement with Wallside. I had them replace Windows installed by Hansen's which are so inferior. The team from Robert's Installations headed by Christian Johnson was superb. Efficient, quick, professional and cleaned up so that it looked like they had never been here. No other Windows for me. Thanks Wallside‼️
Wallside was supposed to put windows in our house today. Did not show up or call. Very disappointed. Expected a better company than this. The owner just called us and offered a new time and date and some different financing. But the real issue is communication and customer service. Hopefully, the owner will put measures in place to correct this lack of communication in the future.
No complaints here. They did an excellent job! Cleaned up the mess which was minimal and did no damage. I would definitely recommend them.
