Had Windows installed in 2006. Kitchen window fogged up. Called Wallside. Set appointment. Repairman arrived right on time. Changed glass in less than 20 min. I should point out we live about 165 miles north of Wallside's plant and the window is about 11 years old. Repairman friendly and seems to really like his job. THAT is good service!!
Wallside did an exceptional job on our 241-unit apartment complex. Scott Lambert was the salesperson. Even though we had additional projects going on in the building, they kept their work crew on task. They showed very much attention to detail as well as presented us with a remarkable product. Job well done.
Just had a very poor experience all around. A big waste of my time waiting on them (cancel last minute on two occasions) and money buying a poorly installed product. Damaged my house with the install and have yet to respond to my request for it to be repaired. I WILL never recommend this company!
We just had windows installed in 3 different rooms in our house, but right after the crew left, we noticed some wireless headphones ($200 value) missing that were hanging on a bedpost in one of the rooms. While we called Wallside right after they left, they checked with their staff & called back 2 days later to report that their crew did not take them & they did not turn up in the garbage taken from our house. I would recommend supervising the crew while in all the rooms & hiding all valuables out of sight!
From start to finish, I have zero complaints about our experience with Wallside Windows. The sales rep might have been one of the best sales people I have met in my life time. No gimmicks, no upselling—just the utmost professionalism. Our new windows and patio door were installed yesterday and the crew did a fantastic job throughout the day. Well, we were supposed to get windows installed on Wednesday and they never came. The crew had 2 jobs to do and didn't have time to do ours. I took a vacation day to be here for nothing. We were pretty pissed. So, why the 5 star's? Well, the next morning Wallside called and said a crew would be out Saturday and apologized. We still had our doubts.
