I love my Wallside Windows. This is our second home and one of the first improvements we made were to have Wallside install new windows. We had them installed in our first home too. My mother and sister also have Wallside Windows. I've never been disappointed when I've had to call for any kind of repair.
The best. Loved the quality of work and service.
Windows look great. However double check damage to flooring from installation, takes a long time to get resolved (hopefully it will be resolved). Installation a month ago and still waiting info on replacing damaged floor.
They just installed 18 windows in our cottage and did AMAZING!!!! No hiccups at all! The windows look awesome!!!!! Even better than I expected!!!! (And I'm very picky) Thanks for going to extra mile and adding some extra trim areas that were needed!!!!! I'll definitely call them again!!!!!!
I originally called hansons for a window cut out in my brick hansons came out gave me a quote . Then lied to me about what kind of brick I had just to cancle the job because it wasn't a big enough job . So I called wallside and they came right out and gave me a quote. And the crew that came out was amazing I couldn't say enough good about them the job turned out flawless is I could post a pic here I would . Wallside crew did a amazing job .
Couldn’t be happier with the widows, service, and price. The guys did a great job. Did all my windows in about 5 hours. They took all my old windows and left things so clean, it’s like they were never even there. I wouldn’t think to call anyone else but Wallside if I ever need windows again.
UPDATE IN COMMENTS: The workers were quick about getting the install done. We are happy with the windows but they left a mess everywhere. Inside and outside of my home I had pieces of window framing and insulation all over. I called to request an employee to come out and clean up around the outside and no one contacted me. While I'm happy with the windows and install, I have seen other companies come in to my sub and leave the site very clean. This has created extra work for us.
Crew arrived prepared and got straight to work. All windows in house were replaced. Tarps and drop cloths were laid to keep the house clean. The crew worked well together each knowing their respective jobs and were helpful to one another. All work was completed in a timely manner. Quality of windows and installation were good. All I’ve noticed from the install is a couple of trim nails that didn’t fully set that I will complete.
