highly dissatisfied.....ripped screens, tacky caulking, wish I had gone with another company.....
RecommendedWe bought our house and a selling feature was Wallside windows and we hear they back up their work. We had no idea how to open the windows to clean them and also our bay window is broken. One of their guys came out and showed us how to clean the windows and they’re going to fix the parts that are broken on the bay. I am so very grateful for them backing up their work like that. You don’t see that kind of customer service. We will absolutely recommend them and use them the next we need windows
Haven’t even had the windows installed yet, they called and said they have to reschedule because of the rain. They are looking at rescheduling 2 weeks from initial installation. Everything is moved away from windows, curtains down and no windows today all because it’s pouring rain 70 miles south. Very frustrated and disappointed. Seems scheduling would allow for bad weather. Was told that we could cancel the job if we’re not happy with the reschedule. WOW We are in the middle where there is no rain. So frustrating.
We had an awesome experience with wallside Windows. They came out and gave us a quote without pressure to buy. We called them back and they came out again to redo the quote. When we ordered they gave us 5 years no interest. The installers were awesome and when they left you couldn't even tell they had been there, well besides the awesome new windows. The windows are amazing. Works just as promised. Customer Service is incredible. I would highly recommend Wallside Windows
When selling you on their Windows they don't mention anything about screens. One assumes a regular screen would come with the window, it doesn't. It is screen that is glued onto a little metal rod with a very thin piece of feathery material along the top to keep bugs out, which it doesn't! They are so bad my daughter cannot open her Windows. She called wallside & spoke with them about the screens & asked if they had a different screen. Wallside stated yes that they did & they would cost her 45$per window for 25 Windows which... read more
Had someone come Tuesday to measure my windows everyone told me wallside cheaper to me was more and the guy was here 5 mins and was really rude not going with wallside didn't take time to talk..didn't show anything
