RecommendedI bought my windows many years ago. The paperwork said there was still a warranty but I had my doubts. I had a small leak coming from something and I thought it might have been the the window. Not sure if it was or not. They replaced our screens which I gladly paid for. They saw a crack...ordered a new window. They came out no questions asked! I recommend for sure.

I had the windows on the front of my house replaced along with two windows on the side of the garage. Everything went smoothly and without a hitch. If I had to make a suggestion on how to further improve the services you offer, it would be to offer a lighter shade to your wood grain interior colors. I will for sure be a repeat customer when I need to replace additional windows in the future.

Poor costumer service. They came out and did a whole house window install on Oct. 31. Our master bedroom window has air blowing around it. They said they have no service department openings until mid January! Good thing we paid with a credit card because we have stopped payment until it is fixed. Proper costumer service would be to come out within 3 to 5 business days to fix THEIR mistake! The window was NOT installed properly or we would not be feeling a breeze. Buyer beware!!!
