A very good friend purchased windows with a lifetime warranty. During the winter her Bay Window got a crack. She called for a replacement, was told it would be a few weeks as they were understaffed, then they ordered the wrong glass, now the replacement window came in damaged. The crack has spread throughout the window and over three months she has been waiting.
They were on time, fast, careful, neat, friendly and skilled. They covered everything and cleaned up the mess on the inside and outside of the house.

1 window for $5,838.00 But if I pay cash it's $2394.00 what a con job! For 1 window, 77×38.
At the time of my estimate and purchase, I was told that a "group of guys" would be at my house and have my windows in "in half a day", since it was only 6 windows. Well, today was install day and only 2 guys came. They were here for 10 hours! Upon arriving home, I discovered 3 out of the 6 window frames are damaged: big pieces gone that the installers tried to fill with caulk. Im so displeased with the install service.
The windows are great and the installers were the Best
Excellent price and great job done with installing my new 16 windows.
