Our experience with Wallside hasn't been the best. We have been waiting over a month now for communication on a couple issues we had with our install. I emailed photos of some damage that was done and we also have a window that was installed with broken glass that was either broken in transit, or by the installers! The installer stated Wallside would contact us about it, but again, we've heard nothing and have actually contacted them twice now to talk with someone and the last time we were told we'd be contacted in 3-5 days.... read more
Their customer salesperson was outstanding to work with. Their pricing is very competitive. Although it was just one 4'x 7' picture window, the install crew did a fantastic job, in and out in 1 hour. Very impressive.
Great Windows and the installers were amazing!
The customer service was awesome. The salesman took the necessary time to go over everything and answer our questions, but once he was done, he left. There was no pressure to buy or to upgrade to something more expensive over the basic windows we wanted. I wasn't there for the measuring or installation; my husband handled that part of it. But he was impressed by the father and son that came to our house and how quick and efficient they were.
