Back in June I called about the caulk that is only a year and a half old at the time. They sent someone out took picture finally today they come out to repair it said the job to big for two guys to do that all the vinyl around the windows which I have 23 and a door wall needs to be removed replaced and recaulk. That someone would get back with me and reschedule. What a joke said guy that took pictures never turned them in. Showed up on time, efficient crew, they cleaned up when they finished, replaced 6 windows in about 3 hours. Was Faster then I expected. Two new screens had a tear , but they are replacing those next month.
Very professional but easy going from the sales rep to the installers! We got a great deal! Great job you guys 👍 LOVE my new windows!
for six months I've been waiting to get a repair done and I'm still waiting my next appointment they could they can give me the finish is a month-and-a-half away my front windows don't lock so I have to worry about somebody breaking in all they need to do is put caulking and fix the lock if I knew what I know now I would have went with another company
The salesman was clear on all issues, and patiently changed some of the things I decided a few days later for me, and told me what the price was, and if it was different than the original price. The installers called before they intended to arrive, and were prompt. All the workers were polite and friendly, and each did his tasks. They even added a window fame to one that hadn't had one, and it looks so nice. I'd recommend Wallside Windows to anyone who wanted windows installed, any time.
