efficient quality installation
So my old aluminum cottage windows created condensation on the insides of the windows which would eventually turn to ice — we made a rather large investment into new Wallside windows and this is happening on every window!!! Had a service guy out this morning who tells us this is normal!!!! I have 20 year old Weatherguard windows at my house that don’t do this!!!! I guess we will be starting a lawsuit!!!!!
We had Scott and his crew out yesterday to replace an entire wall of 11 windows in our great room overlooking our lakeside. The existing windows had extensive oak trim, so we were a bit apprehensive about how the replacement windows would look. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product! The guys worked efficiently all day to complete the work, and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done. Had our home windows replaced by Wallside 15 years ago. Recently noticed one of the panes in the window box over our kitchen sink appeared to have a leak. Called Wallside. They were out within a week to assess the situation. Rather than replace the one pane, they replaced the entire window box. Looks great! No hassles, no cost. The service exceeded our expectations. Wallside clearly stands by their warranty.
Kenny just left my house. Installed my new doorwall in 2 hours, start to finish. He arrived when he said he would and did a FABULOUS job!! It's beautiful! Kenny was professional, friendly, but most importantly took the time to answer any questions I may have had. The crew cleaned up the site so well, you wouldn't know I had any work done. Kenny and his workmanship is top notch. Wallside has a winner with this guy!!!
