Follow up - after me insisting on getting a tech out here today they came through and sent someone. He was fantastic and has a fix for the windows. Unfortunately, our inside mount blinds are not usable due to the difference in the window size - had I known that from the beginning I would have had a plan b for the window treatments that were affected. Windows are great, but it has been two weeks since the wrong window has been installed in my bathroom and made it half unusable because the window is in my shower and was supposed to be tempered and frosted and you installed a regular window. My salesperson failed to move the correct info to the main contract, the original team failed to notice that the window didn’t make sense where they were putting it, the service team did not send along the right information to the next installer, so I’m now on my third reschedule to get... read more

******WALLSIDE WINDOWS-******* (Pictures taken the day after install) We just got ours installed. I was told it was the factory that made my expensive, bay window arrive looking like it was very old, plus 4 of my windows arrived the wrong size.!! The installers managed to get them remade and installed the same day, (minus the screens) but I felt like there were too many mistakes. We are super happy with our new wallside windows so far. All our neighbors are commenting on how nice they look. We can already tell a difference in how much quieter and cooler the temp is in the house. Great crew and work.
Got a new picture window in December and the screen don’t fit keeps falling out called service had to wait a month for someone to come out now I just got a call for my new screen wanna come until August 18 I said that’s on acceptable so now I have to wait till July 30 for my new screen after I pay cash for this window this is not right will not recommend them to anyone
They could show up for their installments when they say they will and call customers back.

Wallside was wonderful to work with on the sale and installation of our new windows! When I called to inquire they had a sales representative, Dave, come to our home the next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us tons of options and pricing to work around. A couple of weeks before install they had another staff member come out to measure and make sure our new windows would fit perfectly.
