Do not go to wallside windows!! They have completely destroyed my sisters windows so much damage!! And they aren’t doing a thing about it!!
The guys did a great job Even with issues they had
Had aprox 15 windows replaced in Fall 2018. It’s now Nov 2019 and one of the windows wasn’t made correctly and since 2018, I’ve have taken a total of 6 half days off work to have the this bad window replaced. Unfortunately because of no shows, no installer, wrong window replacement or various other “reasons” the job hasn’t been completed. Today’s excuse was that the installer dropped the window while loading it and it shattered. Don’t know how many times I can go through this. Arrived the day they said they would but didn’t get a heads up about when installers would be there till the morning of the install. Installers were quite friendly, clean and fast, did excellent work! Very happy with everything!
Excellent work by the crew today! Our home is very quiet and our energy costs are much lower thanks to our new windows.
Windows are nice, but the installers shattered every prior window. Left glass shards, cigarette butts, metal shavings and fasteners throughout the yard. Our coward salesperson never followed up after. Still have to pick glass out of our dog’s paws every other week or so. Thanks I guess?
every aspect of the purchase was executed as promised. sales was professional and installation finished the perfect purchase of our windows. Great job.
