RecommendedI had wallside windows installed a few years back. Never had any problems until yesterday. One of the snaps in my pull down tilt window broke. I called Wallside, and during the Corona virus shut down, took my phone call. Michael is working from home, he listened and sincerely cared about my dilemma. He called and reported it. Very quick service, had windows out and in in about 8 hrs, 9 windows, 3 very large picture windows and a patio door. very pleased with the way they look.
wallside Windows is a joke they never show up the first time they're scheduled I was told we could have it first thing in the morning appointment they call a quarter after nine and say we'll be there between 2 and 4 they call me at 2:30 and say we can't make it today we took a day off from work just sit at home waiting for them what a joke I have requested them to cancel my order and refund my money but I guess I can't hold my breath on that either
Had a service rep show up on Saturday. We received a call the day before with a time frame and a call he was on his way. In and out, problem solved! Great company, great customer service!
DISHONEST SALES: My sales rep Richard Dvorsky was not honest with me about options I had for replacing a portion of my outside window sills. I was told that they don't have that style anymore, leaving me no other option than to replace all of my good window sills so the style matched. Day of install comes, I see that they replaced them with he exact same style as I already had. This cost me an extra $1350. The General Manager Steve Revard wasn't much help either. Just had new windows put in, they were here when they said they would be....and they removed 5 windows and installed 4 new ones in about 2 hours...They did a great job, very professional and clean! They crew worked like a machine. I highly recommend Wallside. The whole process was seamless!
why would i want windows that have air blowing into my house from new windows.... people buy windows to keep your house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. i guess mine arent part of that. wind blowing outside and i am watching my blinds move from the air coming in. i was told when this happens to open the window and let it breath. REALLY!!!
